Vorstandschaft (Executive Board)

The Vorstandschaft consists of seven members, elected by all voting members for four-year terms. To ensure transparency for international partners, GIF uses international title designations alongside their German equivalents.

All board members serve on a voluntary basis (ehrenamtlich). Legal representation requires two Vorstandsvorsitzende acting jointly. Each member may choose whether to use the German or international title in external communications.
